I will use research to determine a fair price for the home and negotiate to get that price. My goal is to get a seller to the point where they say "This is my final offer". We can then make the final decision. Success - Over the past 3 years, I have been in the top 3% of all Central New York realtors in exclusive buyer agent transactions. In 2007, I was number two. This isn't by chance or luck. I understand my client’s needs and put forth a complete effort to make sure that they are all met.
